Apple's 2026 Pro phones run the new A20 Pro chip. Who it's for: iPhone users who want the best camera and battery Apple makes. Choose the Pro Max for the bigger screen and longest battery life.

Frequently asked questions
When was the iPhone 18 released?
Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max on 9 September 2026. The standard iPhone 18 did not launch in 2026; reports suggest early 2027.
Did Apple release a foldable iPhone?
Yes. The iPhone Duo was announced in September 2026 and went on sale in October.
Which chips power 2026's flagship phones?
Most Android flagships use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Samsung uses its Exynos 2600 in some models and regions, Google uses Tensor G6 in the Pixel 11 range, and Apple uses the A20 Pro in the iPhone 18 Pro models.
Are foldables worth buying in 2026?
They are thinner, lighter and tougher than early models. If you use your phone for work, reading or video, a Fold-style phone gives you a much bigger screen. A Flip is more about size and style. Both cost more than a regular phone with similar cameras.
Which 2026 phones have the most advanced cameras?
The iPhone 18 Pro models (variable aperture), the Galaxy S26 Ultra and Z Fold8 Ultra (200MP main camera) and the Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL (up to 120x zoom) are the standouts we sell.
