Gadget Craze is a registered Ugandan e-commerce company selling authentic phones, laptops, audio and smart devices online. We started in 2014 and have fulfilled more than 22,000 online orders for over 17,000 customers, delivered to doors across Uganda and beyond its borders.
Why Gadget Craze
exists
Buying electronics in Uganda used to mean a trade-off. You either paid inflated prices for the confidence that a product was genuine, or you took a chance on something cheaper and hoped it was real. Too many people lost money to counterfeits, grey imports and sellers who disappeared once a payment cleared.
Gadget Craze started in 2014 to remove that trade-off. Genuine stock from the brands people already trust, at fair fixed prices in shillings, sold through an online store that runs like a proper business: every order recorded in our own system, every payment receipted to a named company account and every sale backed by a published returns policy.
Today we carry more than 1,100 products across phones, laptops, tablets, audio, wearables, gaming and smart home and deliver to 123 zones across Uganda. We also deliver to Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan. East Africa is where we are growing next, bringing the same genuine stock and the same standards to every new market we serve. The standard has not moved since 2014. If it is not genuine, we do not sell it.

How we work
We source genuine stock, list it with honest descriptions and fixed prices, and deliver it to your door. Most Kampala orders are dispatched within hours of being confirmed. Payments go only to verified company accounts, every order is tracked in our own system and our support team is there for returns, refunds and warranty claims after the sale.
