Should you switch from iPhone to Android?
- Your apps come with you. WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and mobile money apps work the same on both. Google's Switch to Android app moves your photos and contacts, and WhatsApp can transfer your chats.
- Updates last years now. Samsung's 2026 phones get six to seven years of updates and Pixels get seven.
- What you give up: iMessage, AirDrop and the tight link with a Mac, iPad or Apple Watch. If you rely on those, an iPhone may still suit you better.
Buying tips
- Buy brand-new and sealed. Check the factory seal and match the IMEI on the box with the phone (dial *#06#). Our guide how to check if your Samsung phone is original shows you how.
- Check that the phone supports 4G or 5G on your network, MTN or Airtel.
- Keep the warranty documents and your receipt.
Every phone we sell is brand-new & sealed, you pay on delivery after checking it, and we deliver the same day across Greater Kampala.
