Yes, we do offer payment installment plans. You are able to reserve an item and pay for it in installments. After the final installment, the gadget will be delivered to you/available to collect from our store.
Please note that this is not to be confused with a credit agreement, where the product is delivered before payment is completed. Gadget Craze does not provide credit agreements.

Absolutely! We only sell brand new, authentic products.
No, we only deal with brand new products and this means we cannot accept used/preowned goods as part of a transaction.
Absolutely, the price you see online is the same as our price in store and vice versa.
As standard, a delivery fee will be applied based on your location. However, there may be times when we are running a free delivery promotion, in which case you will be notified and refunded if necessary.
Definitely! However, a second delivery fee may be charged to cover the additional time, fuel etc.
We do not offer refunds or cashbacks, but rest assured, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing error you are covered by warranty and Gadget Craze will of course assist in resolving the issue.
At the point of sale, all products are guaranteed and will be delivered to you brand new in perfect working condition.
